Online Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bosskayak.eu for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, excluding return shipping costs, which range from €9 to €19.
Some restrictions apply to returns and exchanges: KASMLINE does not accept returns on clothing that has been used or altered outside of factory conditions, discounted/clearance items, special orders, or custom items.
Refunds
We will process your return within 7-10 business days from receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Online Exchange Policy
Need to make an exchange? Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product within 14 days for a full credit and reorder the replacement item.
Exchanges
kasmline.com does not automatically send out exchanges. You may place a new order at any time, as this involves two separate transactions.
